From a very young age I knew I wanted to do something creative.
I had a love of drawing and would spend hour upon hour sitting at the table drawing cartoon characters and countless floor plans of my “dream home”.
This love of creativity lead to my education and diplomas in Commerical Art and Interior Design.
I worked as a Visual Merchandiser for many years while I lived in many parts of Eastern Canada and tried to find work in my chosen career. Then I spent almost 15 years as an Interior Designer and held two accreditation’s in the field- ARIDO and NCIDQ.
My deteriorating eyesight lead to my “retirement” a few years back. Since then, I have discovered photography and found that a great way to express my creativity.
I still dabble in Interior Design- putting my stamp on my own home and helping family and friends with theirs. I never stop changing my home and thankfully I have a understanding partner who understands my need to create and for change!
